Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Construction Project Engineer experience
Data Center construction project experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
General knowledge and experience with a variety of construction means and methods
Experience reviewing specifications (design, & client specific specifications), knowing local code & state codes for building (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air handling)
Strong electrical background, how panels are being installed, terminated, monitoring cables, network installation, and HVAC installations
Very organized and highly skilled at documentation
Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
