The location is an ICF-ID in Meridian, providing services to individuals with intellectual Disabilities in a group home setting.

Looking for a Big Hearted Individual to lead a team of 8-12 staff in a 24-hour care facility.

The House Manager is a management level staff directly responsible for the administrative responsibilities and overall operations of each assigned facility including supervision of Direct Care Staff, Lead Workers and Sr. Staff.

· Act as Direct Care Staff as needed to cover needed staff to client ratios

· Manage household budget and keep weekly checkbook

· Prepare and post Direct Care Staff schedules and assignments

· Submit weekly census to main office for billing

· Submit weekly as worked schedules and approve timecards

· New Direct Care Staff training

· Monitor Direct Care Staff performance through Evaluations and consistent feedback

· Consult with staff on work performance issues and follow up to ensure positive development

· Develop Lead Workers and Sr. Staff

1. 19 Years Old

2. Ability to pass a department of health and welfare background check

3. Idaho Driver's License with clean driving record

4. Assistance with Medications Certificate a plus

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
