    Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist is required.

    ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district in Natick, MA, to hire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time positions supporting students with behavioral needs.     Job Specifics:
    • RBT positions available
    • Full-time roles with opportunities in elementary caseloads
    • 2:1 ratio - 2 students assigned to 1 RBT
    • Immediate start until the end of the school year, with the possibility of extension for the following school year
