    Theoria's Clinical Operations team is seeking individuals to join its team as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO). The RDCO will work directly with the VP of Clinical Operations to oversee our partner communication, facilities, and assigned staff. This role will require excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and initiative to manage day to day clinical operations.

    Shift Structure
    • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm EST + 1 weekend day per month on-call
    • Approximately 80% Remote with 20% in person for facility site visits

    • This is a full time, exempt position.
    Compensation and Benefits
    • Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities
    • Primary role and function is management of day to day clinical operations for Theoria-partnered facilities
    -Monitor and manage metrics such as provider timeliness, quality, productivity, and compliance with facility responsibilities

    -Monitor and collaborate on facility metrics such as Five-Star facility measures, QAPI initiatives, RTH, and any key focus initiatives identified by a partner

    -Provide superior Customer Relations Management by identifying and responding to any partner issues in a comprehensive and diligent manor

    -Follow regular check-ins with facility partners including at a minimum quarterly on-site meetings with facility staff

    -Participate in new facility education and training, as well as retraining as applicable

    -Navigate multiple computer systems including but not limited to , Slack, Gmail and Zoom

    -Other associated clinical operation duties and tasks as assigned
    • This position will report directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations
    Requirements and Qualification
    • Minimum 5 years SNF leadership experience (such as prior DON, administrator, department director, etc)
    • Strong understanding of SNF quality measures, regulations, and expectations
    • Experience with employee management
    • Tech Savvy with strong computer skills
    • Personable and works well with other team members
    • Autonomous/Independent Strong understanding of healthcare staffing organization and needs Great problem solving skills, including root cause analysis of situations
    Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of working hours
    • Must be able to move inside a facility frequently and briskly in order to meet with providers and facility staff
    • Some ability to position oneself to obtain records, tools, medical equipment and other items that may be in locations that are below the knee or above the shoulder.
    • Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and Facility staff.
