    Job Description:

    We offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated RN to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients with various needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

    About the Role:

    • Provide general nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
    • Act as a liaison between hospital staff, physician, patient, and family members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
    • Administer medication safely, accurately, and in accordance with laws, regulations, and provider policies.
    • Carry out physician orders, identifying cognitive functioning, mental status, and physiological condition of patients.
    • Plan and coordinate patient/family teaching, assessing understanding of provided information.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN licensure
    • LVN licensure with RN supervisor
    • Restrictive Interventions
    • Registered to Practice in Texas
    • Photo ID
    • Abuse Registry Check
    • Criminal background check
    • Federal Fingerprint and Background Check

    Additional Training Required:

    • ANE Training
    • Critical Incident Reporting
    • PCRP Online
    • Co-occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorder (COPSD)
    • Opioid Overdose Prevention Training

    Salary and Benefits:

    The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
