Gate Attendant / Part Time - $ $19.50
Per Mar Security is looking for qualified candidates for gate Security Officers in a home improvement store setting. The best candidates will be comfortable working independently. You are detail oriented and will have basic technology skills including the ability to operate a tablet. M-F: $18.50/HR SAT-SUN: $19.50/HR
- Attend gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of the back lot of the facility
- Check accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility
- Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and make note of existing items within vehicles
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- end of shift, walk the yard and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
What you'll need:
High School Diploma or GED. - State Security Officer License
Valid driver's license and a good driving record. - Technical training or college education in the related field (preferred)
Previous experience as a security officer (preferred
