    Description
    Middle Administration at ABC Solutions


    • Postgres Expertise with experience in migrating from Oracle DBA to Postgres
    • Skills in Oracle Fusion, Apache, ToClientat, and Engineering Upgrade
    • Hands-on application upgrades, setup, testing, and moving to production independently
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
    • Good understanding and channelizing of requirements as an individual contributor
    • Strong English-speaking communication skills

    Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
    • Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycle from strategy to implementation
    • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
    • Prepare solution documentation including user stories, specifications, and technical designs
    • Oversee and mentor development teams
    • Design and deliver customer service transformation projects
    • Work closely with IT to implement scalable solutions

    Skills/Experiences:
    • 7+ years of enterprise experience with Sales and Service Cloud
    • Experience in migrating data using ETL tools like Informatica
    • Strong architectural mindset and understanding of integration patterns
    • Certifications as Client System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform App Builder
    • Hands-on experience with Data loader, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Client configuration
    • Proficient in managing large Client development initiatives in an agile environment
    • Experience with call center management and field service operations
    • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
