    Overview and Essential Functions


    Our Permit Production Supervisor is effective at overseeing the process of producing comprehensive permitting deliverables per the specific requirements of the Jurisdiction of Authority (JoA).

    This role must be effective at organizing multiple people around many different projects and/or JoAs.

    This position must be capable of assessing complex JoA permit documentation requirements, coordinating with multiple entities, and communicating efficiently with people inside and out of the organization.

    The position is required to provide weekly reports on their team's production successes and failures to upper management.

    Interpret and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
    Coordinate activities of others, monitor workload, and distribute directives from the project manager
    Validate deliverables against JoA documentation requirements and facilitate timely handoff
    Create production reports, graphics, and dashboards
    Perform independently with minimal supervision, exercising latitude to achieve project objectives
    Work safely, with or without supervision
    Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work seated at a table for extended periods

    Responsibilities:
    Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
    Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project
    Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project
    Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project

    Qualifications

    2 years of related work experience
    Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
    Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written
    Authorized to work in the United States
    Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
