    They provide excellent customer service to build donor loyalty and increase donation quantity and quality, while also educating donors about the community impact of their contributions.

    What You Will Do:
    Provide an outstanding donor experience, conveying Goodwill's mission and donation benefits to both internal and external customers.
    Maintain personal integrity in external relationships and when handling donated goods or enterprise assets for Goodwill.
    Assist in preparing weekly donation labor schedules, paperwork, and reports, using internal reporting systems and/or Microsoft Office suite.

    Promptly greet donors and assist with unloading donations; timely communication of Goodwill's donations policies and offer tax receipts, as necessary.

    Proper recording of daily donor counts, including but not limited to recyclable electronic donations, equipment filled and empty, capacity, etc.

    Assists in opening and closing the store as needed.

    Sort, label, and seal (as required) donated goods by category; stack neatly and safely in designated equipment and handle in a manner to avoid damage or breakage.

    Maintain clean housekeeping in and around donation area (within no less than a 50 ft. radius).Assist in providing on-the-job training to new staff and participants, and volunteers, as directed.
    Work donation drives and other events, and meetings as necessary.

    What You Bring to the Company:
    Has at least one (1) year of experience in Customer Service, Donations, Supervisor or Operations preferred.
    Possess excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and fellow employees in a diverse setting. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required, or actively progressing in an approved ESL program.
    Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise sound judgement.
    Computer literate and basic Math skills preferredAbility to lift at minimum 35 lbs.
    Ability to stand on hard surfaces for an extended period.
    Available to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Salary Description $18.00/hourly
