About the Company:
The University of Miami Health System is seeking a talented Compliance Associate to join their team at the UHealth campus.

Role Overview:

Conduct research, audits, and investigations for compliance purposes.
Strategize risk assessment and document compliance-related policies.
Interact with medical community members, regulatory entities, and others involved in healthcare.

Core Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree required
CHC, CHRC, or CHPC certification needed within the 1st year
0-3 years of experience in law, healthcare, education, administration, or compliance

Desired Skills and Qualities:

Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in incident management and information security
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ethics and confidentiality
Strong customer service and teamwork skills

Responsibilities include:

Interpreting Corporate Integrity Agreement terms
Legal research and policy drafting
Conducting investigations and supervising compliance personnel
