- Develop and own a comprehensive marketing automation strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.
- Oversee the creation and execution of automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and personalized marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify opportunities for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing automated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a Director of Marketing Automation, who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our marketing automation strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will report to our VP of Growth Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Analytics, and Content teams to develop and execute roadmaps that support GTM and bespoke marketing automation strategies and campaigns that nurture, convert, and retain our customers.
