- Develop reporting criteria to measure effectiveness
- Represents division in multiple settings
- Prepares, develops, (re)assesses, and carries out community outreach program activities throughout the County and reports on activity, engagement, and the ability to assist in connecting residents to services
- Explores opportunities to promote programs in additional settings
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Physically able to lift 15 pounds (such as a case of bottled water)
- Can adapt to a fast-changing situation
- Detail-oriented, computer software proficient
- Willing to work some overtime and weekends when needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and a 5 panel drug test
