    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Project Manager within our (IMO) Integration Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion for our acquired entities. This is a Business Operations project management role responsible for ensuring completion of all tasks associated with a successful M&A integration.

    Responsibilities

    • Drives Integration Actions and Activities: Leads and manages M&A projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Developing project plans and timelines: Integration Project Managers will collaborate with the Director on each project to develop project plans and timelines that outline the steps and resources required to complete the integration project successfully.
    • Coordinating and leading project teams: Integration Project Managers are responsible for coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams in alignment with project goals, priorities and objectives.
    • Communicating across Teams: Integration Project Managers are responsible for strong relationship management in a matrix organization and communicating across functional teams to ensure everyone is informed about the project's progress and any issues.
    • Identifying and addressing project risks: Integration Project Managers are responsible for identifying and managing project risks including escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
    • Developing and maintaining project documentation: Integration Project Managers are responsible for project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, timelines, and process flows.
    • Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress: Integration Project Managers are responsible for continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues.
    • Continuously assessing and improving project processes: Integration Project Managers are responsible for continuously assessing and improving project processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
    • Other work related tasks as needed/assigned
    Qualifications for integration project manager
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or related field.
    • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience with M&A integration experience in either sales operations, consulting/education operations or Quote-to-Cash
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and meet deadlines
    • Navigates effectively and thrives in working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
    • Expert in Microsoft Office 365, including experience preparing presentation materials
    • and Smartsheet applications a plus
    • Participate and actively contribute to operational integration discussions
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
