    Retail Sales Associate Job Overview:
    Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role as the customer service specialist in our store. Their primary responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing detailed product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets
    • Maintain brand and operational standards
    • Proactively address customer needs and provide exceptional service following the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard
    • Assist in the fitting room and cashier duties
    • Handle shipments, maintain product displays, and support management in store operations
    • Offer product knowledge to customers and uphold company policies
    • Assist in special projects as needed
    Required Skills and Abilities for Retail Sales Associate:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong numerical abilities for calculations
    • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving objects
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
    Schedule Requirements for Retail Sales Associate:
    • Must be available for a flexible schedule
    Education/Experience for Retail Sales Associate:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent, or 6 months of retail experience
