    Position Summary:
    The Aftermarket Technical Support Associate role is responsible for CPM's North American and Latin American customer accounts.

    The position is part of an industry leading aftermarket team and will focus on sales and relationships for the company with outside sales representatives and customers.

    Within this role the associate will work between the direct customers, outside representatives, and internal support teams to ensure CPM's customers are taken care of in a quick professional manner.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Increase aftermarket support and services for CPM's equipment lines through clear communication and timely support
    Prepare sales quotes, sales order, and communications for aftermarket parts & services for CPM equipment via phone, email and internal systems
    Learn CPM equipment & market dynamics to remotely troubleshoot customer solutions and provide knowledgeable support of customer needs
    Build collaborative relationships with customers and CPM personnel

    Key Functional Competencies:

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience within sales, agriculture, mechanical engineering, or order fulfillment, as well as strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and a strong work ethic

    Experience:
    Strong grasp of basic sales tactics and customer relations
    Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
    Experience successfully managing multiple accounts simultaneously, collaboration and working successfully with multiple departments
    Previous technical, mechanical, or engineering experience is desired

    Qualifications:
    Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Outlook and Excel
    Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
    Technical knowledge base and the desire to learn more
    Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to follow and interpret procedures
