REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrate outstanding guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Prior experience in a cafe or fast-service restaurant is a plus
Display a drive for achieving goals by setting ambitious targets and following through on promises
Adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
Ability to anticipate and exceed guests' expectations
Excellent team player skills
