    Overview

    Advisors Excel is looking for an interpersonal, committed individual to join a passionate and driven First Impressions team. In many other organizations the receptionist acts as a lone wolf, handling monotonous tasks, but not here At AE you would be part of an energetic, collaborative team whose main objective is to serve as a friendly, first impression to our employees, clients and guests.

    What You'll Do

    • Answer high volume of inbound phone calls with positive, professional demeanor
    • Greet and welcome incoming clients, guests, and employees into our office
    • Support other departments with spreadsheet reporting for a variety of needs
    • Authorize entry of clients and visitors at main entrance of secure facility
    • Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management

    Experience You'll Bring

    • Outstanding communication skills, particularly can build rapport over the phone with a variety of personality types
    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to problem solve
    • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
    • PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn other systems as necessary
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage time while juggling multiple tasks at once
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Detail oriented, motivated, dependable and focused on quality of work

    Bonus Points

    • Two or more years customer service experience
    • PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy office
