- Lead Foundry and Finishing Maintenance Supervisors and Union Team Members
- Collaborate closely with Foundry, Finishing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Executive leadership
- Oversee facility and contractor managed projects
- Support Maintenance Stores Inventory
- Coordinate emergency repairs and monitor maintenance parts and materials
- Develop and maintain vendor and integrator relationships
- Enforce safety and housekeeping practices
- Participate in the new hire process, coaching, and disciplinary actions
- Develop long-range preventative maintenance and training plans
- Conduct audits including Parts/Inventory, Preventative Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Operational Testing
- Bachelor s degree preferred in Operations or Project Management
- 7 years of related experience in facility operations or maintenance repair
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Initiative-taking attitude with multitasking capabilities
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Moderate computer skills, quick learner of new software
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Some desk work and computer usage
- Exposure to various elements such as cold, heat, noise, dust, and odors
- Combination of time spent on the manufacturing floor and in a managerial office
- Potential alternating rotation of 1st and 2nd shifts
- Minimal travel required to other McWane facilities and suppliers
