- Inventory Management:
- Manage goods and materials within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and distributing
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory data and update records promptly
- Optimize inventory processes to minimize losses and waste
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
- Assign tasks and be responsible for team performance assessments
- Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely customer delivery
- Ensure effective cooperation with suppliers, transportation companies, and other relevant departments
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards, ensuring the safety and compliance of warehouse operations
- Conduct regular safety training and facility inspections
- Problem Solving:
- Address inventory anomalies such as damage, loss, or expired items, and take appropriate corrective measures
- Track inventory issues and make improvement recommendations
- Cost Control:
- Manage the costs of warehouse operations, control inventory, and human resource expenses
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience, with a preference for those with leadership or team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and computer skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills, capable of coordinating and directing warehouse teams
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working closely with supply chain, transportation, and other departments
- Familiarity with safety regulations and hygiene standards related to warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling inventory anomalies and emergencies
- Attention to detail in record-keeping and inventory management
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and office software such as MS Office
- Emphasis on customer service and teamwork
