    Our client is an interior design company. They seek a temp to perm Marketing Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform basic graphic design tasks and retouch photos as needed
    • Manage content database and prepare imagery for collection launches
    • Create marketing collateral as well as visual merchandising plans
    • Organize showroom rotations and make sure they are in order
    • Coordinate showroom material for new launches and deliveries
    • Handle sourcing and organizing props for collection photoshoots
    • Assist on set during photoshoots and organize show participation
    • Provide support during tradeshow, including set up and clean up for events
    • Fulfill requests for samples for showroom and tradeshow displays
    • Maintain the sample room in the office, ensuring all tools are available

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of marketing and design experience
    • Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
    • Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
    • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
