    Description

    At Unity Health, we seek a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Compass/Clearview Newport on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

    Experience:

    • Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master's degree in social work.
    • Previous healthcare experience as a Bachelor's Level Therapist in a behavioral health setting.

    The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge, training, and skills necessary for patient care. They will be able to set priorities effectively delegate coordinate interdisciplinary care based on the needs of patients census staffing and unit requirements.
