Job summary
We have recently been engaged by the Director- Process Development and Formulation for an in vitro diagnostic private startup company that is working to change the way the world performs lab testing.The Candidate they seek will likely come with an educational foundation in chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related field,
and has experience in the planning and execution of experiments using a Design of Experiments approach (DOE).
This will be someone who has likely worked with advanced biochemistry and biophysical techniques and can develop and validate reagent manufacturing processes at the bench.
This Candidate will bring scientific horse power for sure (likely some assay design and validation), but that really brings a product development mind set so the ability to author SOP's,
drive processes and efficiencies in the lab, and mentor others would be ideal.
