    Mission:


    Leads Reynosa TCS Operations into a culture of Operational Excellence that delivers exceptional Customer Service through Quality products and Customer focus, Operational Stability, Financial results and a stable and engaged workforce in a manner aligned with the Lear Leadership Model and the TWW model journey.

    Your Tasks will be

    • Safety – LTA's.
    • Maintain 100% adherence to all protocols, legislation and EHS directives.
    • People Involvement "Healthy Employee" initiative.
    • Achieve Certification on TWW, Levels 1 &
    • Plant PPM's, Customer PPM's, External Sort, LPOF audit, Layered Audits (LPA's).
    • Work Element Assessments.
    • Quality System IATF16949: 2016 e ISO1400
    • Lead Meetings with all staff and provide guidance to solve issues.
    • Forecast, Budget, Sales, OI.
    • Comply with LEAR policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
    • Coaching conversations and Talent Review Process.
    • Productivity, Delivery, Capex.
    • Inventory Accuracy.
    • New Launches SOP program adherence.
    • Kaizen as a Culture of Operational Excellence once/ month.
    • Improve Visual Mgmt. at Both facilities Q
    • Sustainability projects for Utilities.
    Skills Sets

    • Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience as Plant Manager.
    • Full P&L responsibility.


    • IATF 1694

    • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
    • Quality Systems QS9000, IATF16949, VDA 6.
    • Leadership and good communications skills.
