    Job Title:
    Acquisition Analyst IV

    Job Description:
    Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.
    Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
    Prepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentation.
    Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.
    Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
    Lead and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
    Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products.
    Maintain and manage the program budget and master schedule.
    Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.

    Lead and oversee the preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage the transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.

    Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents.
    Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.
    Coordinate contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree and >18 Years experience.
    Acquisition career specialization aligned to duty assignment (i.e., Program Management, Contracting, Logistics).
    Equivalent experience commensurate with DAWIA Level III certification in Acquisition Career Field, OR Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

    Special Knowledge/Certifications:
    Expert knowledge and demonstrated skills in:

    Managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office.
    Product Life Cycle Management.
    Project Team Management.
    Preparing Acquisition and Contracting documents (to include J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI , Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS
