    Job Responsibilities

    The Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the ordering and filing system for all parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to technicians. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Receive and inspect parts from vendors
    • Coordinate and organize parts received
    • Enter invoices into database/system accurately
    • Fulfill missing parts through vendor follow-up and order correction
    • Document pending return/credits and update database/system
    • All other responsibilities as assigned

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A High School Diploma/GED
    • A Valid and clean Driver's License
    • An understanding and commitment to upholding our Company Core Values
    • The ability to stand for long periods of time
    • The ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
    • The ability to withstand environmental conditions of an Auto Body Shop
