    Summary: We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a draw model basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to drive sales and exceed targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Our Sales Representatives play a crucial role in our company's success by generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to promote our products/services.
    • Present and demonstrate the value of products/services to prospective buyers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Provide feedback from clients to enhance product offerings.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
