    Description

    Responsibilities:


    Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and objectives.

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' IT environments, including infrastructure, systems, applications, and processes, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

    Develop and present strategic IT recommendations and roadmaps to clients, aligned with their business goals and objectives, and tailored to their specific needs and budget constraints.

    Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop and implement customized IT solutions and projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

    Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, resolving concerns, and addressing escalations in a timely and effective manner.

    Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT service delivery, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.

    Act as a proactive advocate for clients within the MSP organization, ensuring their needs and priorities are understood and addressed effectively.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred.

    5+ years of experience in IT consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on delivering managed services and solutions to clients.

    Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and processes, including cloud computing, networking, security, and data management.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex IT environments, identify root causes of issues, and develop practical solutions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and value to clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth and profitability.

    $70,000 - $80,000 a year
