    PAY RANGE:
    $120K-145K.*Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Lead product-sustaining projects, managing obsolescence and market-driven modificationsCreate and update product documentation, including bills of material, drawings, and change ordersAnalyze production test failures, determine root causes, and drive corrective actionsCollaborate with various departments to support manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functionsFacilitate the transition of new products from Engineering to OperationsInvestigate and resolve complex hardware issues reported by customers, ensuring satisfactionConduct testing and analysis of returned products to maintain customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving product qualityCollaborate with suppliers to select cost-effective components and materialsEnsure product designs comply with industry standards and regulationsLead product qualification and agency compliance test programs as needed


    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


    Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution5+ years of direct experience in High-Speed Circuit Design, including Best Practices and Thermal Considerations.

    Experience with testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, and DC Power SuppliesPCB Analysis in PADS or equivalentExperience in Aerospace or other regulated experience preferred.

    Digital & Analog Circuit Troubleshooting Preferred.
