    Job description

    Pedigo Products, a world class manufacturer of high quality healthcare equipment, is seeking a Quality Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality Coordinator will process and make decisions pertaining to quality claims and ensure specific aspects of the company Quality System are properly executed and documented. This will be a cross-functional role working closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing and Engineering and will have a direct impact on continuous improvement to the quality of product and customer experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process internal and external quality claims and non-conformances in accordance with companys overall quality system and regulatory requirements
    • Document observations, decisions, actions, and conclusions
    • Make repair, replace, or scrap decisions with input from other internal sources
    • Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions
    • Monitor, report on, and maintain/improve internal inspection processes
    • Assist in Internal and External Audits, FDA, ISO, UL
    • Assist in updating, improving, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
    • Maintain registrations and product listings with FDA, UL, ISO and other Registrars

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 3+ years demonstrated success in in a quality systems role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of production processes and quality control
    • Mid-level+ Skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Exceptional Perception, Analysis and Root Cause identification skills and attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees
