Atlanta Legal Aid Society ("Legal Aid") seeks a part-time Contract Attorney to provide family law consultations onsite at the Justice Resource Center in the Fulton County Courthouse.

Responsibilities:

• The attorney will advise and assist unrepresented litigants with completing pro se forms, but will not provide representation.
• The advice areas include divorce, separate maintenance, legitimation, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, contempt, family violence protective orders, name change, birth certificate amendment, domestication, and temporary minor guardianship.

Qualifications:

• A Georgia bar license and at least three years of experience in family law.

Hourly Rate: This part-time (approximately 11 hours per week) position pays $29.75+ an hour depending on experience, and offers no benefits.
