    Requirements and Competencies
    Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
    Must possess strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills
    Must be able to build relationships and influence leaders
    Must have a proactive and service-oriented approach to problem solving
    Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Must have experience managing labor on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
    Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
    Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
    Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership, specifically the ability to create and modify access queries and understand excel at a high-level
    Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
    Must have experience using timekeeping and BI systems

    Desired Qualifications
    Previous leadership experience preferred
    Experience using all TMM system modules is preferred

    Primary Responsibilities
    Supports the finance and in-park teams through a combination of data and collaboration to drive revenue, attendance, labor and Guest satisfaction goals
    Lead, develop and mentor the members of the San Antonio Labor Analysis Team
    Support each department with the management of their labor, both to budget and forecast, dollars and hours
    Serve as the main point of contact for all park leadership with regard to the budgeting and payroll processes
    Serve as Human Resources' main point of contact regarding labor analysis and hiring needs
    Continually identify and communicate solutions to improve schedules created by the TMM system to reduce manual adjustments/edits
    Compile and provide weekly labor utilization, violation and benefit usage reports
    Oversee manual pay adjustments and key into the payroll system accordingly
    Develop reporting to improve efficiency of processes for communicating results
    Maintain company policies regarding the production of schedules and the editing of time
    Coordinate the submission of the payroll files with Corporate payroll
    Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous process efficiencies and improvement
    Develop team through routine career development, coaching and feedback discussions
    Provide support to the VP of Finance
    Perform other duties as assigned

    What else is important:

    Perform the following physical activities:
    kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).
    Able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
    Navigate uneven surfaces and walk throughout onstage and backstage areas of the parks.
    Work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes
    Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
    Work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional weekend work is expected and may be required as team staffing levels dictate. Dedicated weekend work is possible.
