    Adjunct Faculty

    Elements of Nutrition

    Department of Applied Sciences

    UMGC Stateside

    Locations: Fayetteville, NC

    University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on site in the Fayetteville, NC location in the Natural Sciences program.

    Specific Course: Elements of Nutrition (NUTR 100)

    A study of the scientific and quantitative foundations of human nutrition. Understanding how nutrition reflects an integration across disciplines and how foods provide nutrients for healthy living.

    Requirements:

    1. Master's degree in Nutrition, Health Management or related field from an accredited institution.
    2. Professional experience in Nutrition, Health Management or related field.
    3. Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education preferred.
    4. This position is for on-site teaching at Fayetteville, NC.
