    Primary Job Responsibilities:
    Assumes primary responsibility for health care related services oversight and coordination in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations
    Participates in the required assessments for Resident service planning, and renewal and maintenance of these plans
    Recommends health care service goals and assists in their implementation
    Works with the Executive Director to supervise, oversee, and coordinate the work of the team to meet Resident needs
    Participates in the training and development of all Team Members according established policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations
    Knows and implements established policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensures staff are aware of and follow same
    Ensures 24-hour staff coverage is planned, arranged, and implemented, and provides shift coverage in the event of unplanned absence of Team Members
    Assists with standard setting, protocols, and quality assurance programs
    Participates in the process of clinical and record audits
    Manages medication administration and compliance in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations
    Maintains effective communication with other departments and attends relevant departmental and corporate meetings as requested or needed

    Minimum Job Qualifications:
    Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) professional license in FL
    Basic knowledge of and ability to apply Geriatric Nursing principles
    2 years of Assisted Living experience
    3 years of experience in a position with management / leadership responsibilities preferred
    Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player
    Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential
    Possess organizational and communication skills
    Possess excellent customer service skills
    Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations for Assisted Living / Memory Care
