    nimble solutions is a leading provider of revenue cycle management solutions for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), surgical clinics, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. Our tech-enabled solutions streamline their revenue cycle processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve financial outcomes. Over 1,100 surgical organizations trust nimble solutions and its advisors to maximize their revenue cycle.

    The Client Services Manager oversees the overall management, servicing, and profitability of assigned client accounts, meeting established objectives for clients. This role functions as an account executive and primary liaison between clients and nimble Solutions, coaching and developing team members in delivering quality client service.

    • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly to all inquiries.
    • Engage in regular client interaction via e-mail, conference calls, and in-person visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Interface with client service staff to prepare, analyze, and present client deliverables ensuring accuracy and overall quality.
    • Proactively identify potential problems with client performance and develop plans to eliminate occurrences.
    • Ensure resources are available and utilized effectively to maximize account performance.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and report on billing effectiveness/cash flow, making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability.
    • Stay current on payment trends and coding/payer requirement changes, acting upon variances to explain, correct or enact process improvements.
    • Generate client standard and ad hoc reports, including commentary on the value nimble provides the client.

    Requirements

    • Solid background in physician revenue cycle management, including at least two years in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting.
    • ASC billing experience preferred.
    • Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures, including regulatory understanding.
    • Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems in production and client reporting.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently; proactive attitude required.
    • Proven client relationship skills; effective working relationships with physicians and senior management necessary.

    Logistics

    Office setting - remote or corporate office location.

    Participates in departmental, training, and staff meetings.

    Adhere to all compliance and company policies and procedures.

    Travel up to 20%.
