- Current Arkansas PTA license required
- CPR certification
- 1 year experience as a licensed PTA required
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients
- Home Health experience preferred
- Assist patients with physical therapy needs
- Provides services within scope of practice and in accordance with plan of care
- Observe/report patient's response to treatment along with any changes in his/her condition to PT or RN
- Prepare clinical and/or progress notes for each visit
- Guide patient in use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activity for the purpose of improving function
