+ In consultation with the IRB Administrator work with the Electronic Protocol Management System EPMS vendor agency staff WSIRB researchers to facilitate electronic submissions of all exempt projects research related WSIRB applications exercising latitude professional judgment regulatory knowledge to identify address resolve issues.<+ Maintain process monitor the WSIRB email inbox to facilitate ensure responsive communication between practitioners researchers Washington State agency staff WSIRB.+ Ensure all submission documentation communications accurate complete in online system ongoing projects remain complete record-keeping reporting auditing purposes..
