    Job Description Job Description Hino Motors Manufacturing is an OEM that assembles trucks in West Virginia, automotive components in Arkansas, and operates a parts distribution center in California.

    We are currently seeking a Human Resources & Administration Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters located in Novi, MI reporting directly to the Manager, HR & Administration.

    This individual will be responsible for all HR Administration activities at the Novi location.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Post new job openings and repost existing positions to HRIS systemReview and screen resumes and schedule interviewsTrack and report candidate and recruitment updatesCreate & maintain reports and manage recruiting KPIsAdminister background check and drug screen processes post offerCollaborate, assist and support Sr.

    Recruiter with all the above tasksConduct New Hire Pre-boarding activities; assemble new hire packages, verify and validate New Hire checklist items are completed for Day1 onboarding, create new team member personnel filesConduct New Hire orientation trainingCollaborate, assist and support Payroll team with administrative payroll duties.

    Administer company vehicle programMaintain and manage carpool vehiclesPerformance Evaluation System administrationLearning Management System administrationTravel and expense system administrationCorporate Invoicing:
    Process, audit, and create reports for accountingSupport policy administrationCo-lead HMM events committeeMaintain HMM events calendarAssist with company cell phone programMaintain organizational and seating chartsProcess business card ordersOrder and maintain office supplies and company giveawaysCreate and order employee name plaques, and access badgesCoordinate quarterly ordering of service awardsMaintain and order facility office suppliesCreate & maintain reports and manage HR KPIsMonthly audit of IT user reportReceive outside calls and transfer to appropriate person/departmentOther administrative related duties as assignedEducation &

    Experience Requirements:
    Associate's degree required (Human Resources or Business required). Bachelors degree preferred.
    Minimum 1-3 years Human Resource Administration experience
