A leading global supply chain company and provider of superior quality rubber o-rings, oil seals, hydraulic seals, radial shaft seals, and custom rubber products is seeking to expand in the US market with the sealing product portfolio in O-rings and rubber molded parts. The role will work with a small team for business development and sales, and will take responsibility for new customer acquisition in the West Coast region and develop sales projects with the back-office support. This individual will sit remotely supporting West Coast region.
Responsibilities / Challenges:
Engages in external sales activities by visiting customers and prospects.
Managing revenue and gross margin development to dedicated customers
Knows customer's business environment and goals as well as products & applications
Leads Customer Relationship Management, represents customer requirements, and ensures speedy handling of customer inquiries
Prospects new customer targets and develops relationships
Identifies, manages and successfully concludes sales opportunities by persuading and influencing customers to choose company products and services.
Establish a multi-layer network within the customer and matches it with appropriate functions within the company.
Understands completely the internal decision making process of his/her customers
Works in close coordination with our international departments in project management
