Information Technology Financial Analyst - Dallas, United States - Dollar Tree Stores

Description

The IT Finance Analyst is primarily responsible for vendor analysis/reconciliations, assisting in the financial month-end close process, monitoring budget/forecast variances and assisting with procurement, and other related duties as required.

Perform the following activities:
Vendor / Invoice Reconciliations
Support the monthly IT Finance close and re-forecast process
Assist with the monthly IT Finance variance report
Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting
Prepare monthly journal entries/AP reclassifications
Review procurement requisitions for accuracy
Meet with external consulting companies to review billing
Assist other Financial and Procurement Analysts as needed
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related four-year degree
3+ years of finance or accounting experience
Experience with financial reporting software packages, preferably IBM Planning Analytics
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
