    Position / Candidate Requirements In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and testing of Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and Integrated Electronic Systems
    This position is maintained at a single on-site work location
    Candidates must be flexibility in schedule, neat in appearance, able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure and maintain Cisco network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
    • Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal network performance
    • Maintain Windows servers and applications, including Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
    • Implement and maintain backup and recovery processes for Windows systems
    • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve network and system-related issues
    • Provide technical support and training to end-users
    Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends related to network and system administration Education and Experience:


    • 4-6 Years of Experience with an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Cybersecurity
    6-8 Years of Experience with a High School Diploma Required Progressive Experience:


    • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment, protocols, and configurations.

    Troubleshooting Skills:
    Ability to identify and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and hardware problems.

    Port Security:
    Proficiency in configuring, managing, and clearing port security settings.

    Server Administration:
    Experience with server reboot procedures and basic server maintenance.

    Communication:
    Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users, clients, and team members.

    Customer Service:
    A customer-centric approach to providing efficient and effective technical support.

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and rectify network and server issues.

    Documentation:
    Ability to maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.

    Time Management:
    Effective time management to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/incidents.

    Team Collaboration:
    Work effectively with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution.

    IT Security:
    Awareness of basic IT security best practices and protocols.


    • Must be able to work nights and weekends

    Preferred Experience:

    • Minimum Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) required, higher certifications a plus
    • CCure 9000 and Genetec Security Center a plus
    • CCNA, CCNP or Network+
    • Security + or similar which meet current guidelines such as DOD 8570 Baseline Certification IAT Level II

    Required Certifications:

    • At least 5 years experience in Cisco network engineering and Windows system administration
    • Strong understanding of network protocols, architecture, and topology
    • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices
    • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as Orion
    • Strong understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware
    • Experience in PowerShell scripting or other automation tools
    • Knowledge of backup and recovery processes for Windows systems
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve network and system-related issues
