On one central campus, patients have access to a wide range of health services including, but not limited to a 25-bed licensed hospital, a Level IV Trauma Center emergency room with primary and specialty care providers, an advanced wound care center, a state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation center, and more.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current, valid license or registration (RN) in the state of Texas.
• Nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Functional literacy in English is required.
