Lighthouse Lab Services is excited to represent partner with top tier hospital that is in need of aClinical Lab Manager .
The Lab Manager will be responsible for the operational, technical, and scientific oversight of the laboratory in all departments (Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis,Serology, Blood Bank, and POCT).
What we are offeringDay Shift:
Monday-Friday and on call as needed
$80,000-$100,000/yr DOE

Position Overview:
Manage laboratory and processes to ensure day-to-day operations follow internal standard operating procedures and regulatory standards of CLIA and COLA.
Assists Director in budget process through resource identification and service needs, evaluating and providing analysis for new projects and strategic initiatives.
Manage laboratory personnel by preparing schedules, providing guidance and direction.
Maintain flexibility to cover scheduling gaps as needed.
Maintain strict CLIA and COLA Compliance
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and others as needed to resolve issues, maintain ongoing functionality, and document service, project management and repair work.
Perform or delegate instrument validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Develop SOPs
Maintain QA/QC records and programs
Oversee laboratory and accessioning personnel performance, training, and competency
Other duties, as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
B.S. (or higher) in Biology, Medical Technology, or related field
5+ years of Clinical Laboratory Experience in a High-Complexity Clinical Lab
Prior Supervisor experience is required
Previous experience as a Generalist
MT/MLS (ASCP) or equivalent
