We are looking for candidates who are eager to grow and excel with a fast-growing restaurant group

FOH and BOH management experience
~ Hands on working Manager with some previous kitchen management experience preferred
~ 2+ years responsibility for financial results
~Flexible and adaptable
~ hands on management style; Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
Build sales, increase profitability, control labor/food costs
Work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store
Proactively manages and develops a strong store team, motivates talent and nurtures a positive culture
Reviews performance of employees and enforce policies and procedures
Performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant are meeting standards
Establishes, follows, and enforces sanitation standards and procedures
Ability to control cash, property, product inventory, and equipment
