The Osborn Pavilion skilled nursing and short-stay (sub-acute) rehabilitation center is proud to be named one of New York's top performing nursing homes by U.S. News & World Report, and to receive a 5-star rating from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for the quality of its nursing staff. We are currently looking to add great LPNs to our team
Must have NYS LPN- Prior Exp. in Skilled Nursing not required.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care and administering medications and treatments within their scope of practice. As a representative of the Nursing Department, and of the organization, it is required that the Licensed Practical Nurse perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the organization.

Salary: $34.71 per hour
