The Torchy's legacy began in Austin Texas in 2006 with an idea a dedicated executive chef and a food trailer to now operating restaurants nationwide here s what we need as a utility team member you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for our guests ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are in damn good shape and that the kitchen runs smoothly busser responsibilities sweep mop dining room bathrooms back of house as needed pre bus tables when appropriate to maintain tidy dining area assist customers as needed follow cleaning lists perform extra duties assigned by management dishwasher responsibilities clean sanitize items used for food preparation maintain sink ensure dishwashing areas are clean prioritize cleaning commonly used dishes unload put away orders empty back of house trash promptly physical requirements must be able to stand several hours lift push pull carry heavy objects up to forty pounds>
