- Working closely with the VRBS Executive Leadership team in policy and procedure development and implementation.
- Providing technical assistance and training to statewide VRBS administrative support professionals.
- Creating, reviewing, and revising documents.
- Leading Administrative Professional Team meetings.
- Developing VRBS procedures.
- Overseeing public and medical community relations for VRBS.
- Cultivating business associations with a network of CRPs, community agencies, and educational institutions.
- Entering and validating data, compiling reports, and ensuring staff are informed of fiscal and case management deadlines.
- Ensuring financial transactions comply with policies, procedures, and audit standards.
- Understanding of administrative support and office management practices, including staff supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to provide clear direction and guidance.
- Ability to balance adherence to rules with flexibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of administrative support or office experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
