    Job Description

    Job DescriptionDescription:

    The Accounting Associate will report to the Controller and be responsible for month end close activities, vendor invoice posting, invoicing and cash application. This position is located in Mount Laurel, NJ requiring 4 days in office. Friday, work from home.

    • Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Vendor invoice and cash posting.
    • AR invoicing and cash application.
    • Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
    • Provide support and documentation to external auditors.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    • 1-3 years general accounting experience.
    • Associates degree in accounting or relevant experience.
    • Proficient/Advanced Excel skills.
    • Efficient in ERP systems – NetSuite is preferred.
    • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
