    Job DescriptionSERVPRO of Cheyenne is hiring a Contents Cleaning and Restoration Technician

    Key Responsibilities
    • Onsite packing on clients belongs to include wrapping, boxing, and moving small to large items as well as wrapping and moving furniture.
    • Carefully pack items for removal, storage, and restoration (must be able to lift 20-40 pounds).
    • Clean commercial and residential facilities following water or fire damage
    • Assure packed items are properly accounted for
    • Driving company vehicles to job sites.
    • Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property
    • Inventory and labeling of personal property
    • Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
    • Cross trained within the mitigation team as well

    Requirements for this job are:
    • Attention to detail
    • Outgoing, positive personality
    • Ability to work standing up for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 25 Lbs.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Position Requirements
    • Valid drivers license

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 20-40 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
    • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
    • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
