Network Support Specialist

Busy Manufacturing company looking to add to their network / server tech support team. This is a direct hire role, full-time hours, starting salary ranging from $50-55k.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines.

Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support.
Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical

training/experience.
Looking for three (3) to five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in an IT and/or networking support role.
Must have experience in troubleshooting system integration and system compatibility issues.

Looking for people experienced in network & server support AND also have had some hands on electronics repair & troubleshooting.

Very helpful to have the hands on experience when troubleshooting with someone over the phone.
IN Office during initial 6 months+ training period (could be earlier) then Hybrid options offered.
