- Oversees and manages construction administration phase.
- Directs Construction Administration activities on projects, monitors project for construction document compliance.
- Establishes project procedures, problem solving activities, budget reviews and certification needed. Initiates document revisions and project reviews, and processes changes orders.
- Receives and distributes test reports.
- Prepares punch-list and close-out procedures, and performs post-construction services and investigations as needed.
- Five years construction administration experience.
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- May require travel.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
